Scott Rankins M.S., Ed. CCC-SLP served in the U.S. Navy, received B. S. from Nazareth College of Rochester, and M. S. Ed. from Old Dominion University. He has practiced as a Speech-Language Pathologist at Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters; United States Naval Hospital Camp Lester, Okinawa, Japan; Central Virginia Speech & Hearing Center. He co-owned Blue Ridge Therapy Associates from 1994-2021, a private outpatient OT, PT & ST rehabilitation facility in Lynchburg, VA. He has served as the Speech-Language-Hearing Association of Virginia’s (SHAV) Vice President for Continuing Education, SHAV President and Vice President for Governmental and Professional Affairs.
