Fredia Helbert, AuD has worked in the field of audiology for 40 years. She retired from the local school division where she worked for 28 years as the educational audiologist for her counties. She is currently the owner and one of the audiologists for Mountain Empire Hearing and Balance in Norton Virginia. She graduated with a Master’s degree from Florida State University and an AUD degree from A.T. Still University.  She has been  married to Glynn Helbert for 39 years and has two children, Daniel and Sarah and three wonderful grandsons, Evan, Brenin, and Owen.
